The Silence Is - Poem by William Jackson

The silence is
….awkward

but
self-explanatory.

And I suppose
I was
much too
forward!

Still,
if you change
your mind….

I’m not in
a rush.

We're all entitled to a ''do-over'', every now and then...but only if we can prove we are merely human... I like this a lot Bill..You allow the reader to go in several directions, on the interp....which is a job well done, with a piece so succinct!
