The Singing Bird Poem by Ruta Mohapatra

The Singing Bird

Rating: 5.0

My heart sings
Like the little bird does
When the spring air caresses my cheeks

When the weather changes
And sun comes out
The rainbow flashes in the sky

When the flowers bloom
And the fragrance spreads
The leaves rustle in the trees

My heart takes a cue
When nature flashes
Its myriad colours and hues

My heart is often elated with the beauty of nature. The birds singing. The beautiful flowers. A delightful poem that warms my heart to read it. Thank you dear poet.
