The Song Of Life: 30. Even-Ness Of Mind Is Yoga
O Conqueror of wealth,
Abiding in yoga do every deed,
In no way cleaving to fruits that may seed,
Alike in success or failure,
Or let it be any a lure,
Evenness of mind is yoga indeed. || 2.48 ||

yogasthah kuru karmāņi sangam tyaktvā dhananjaya |
siddhi-asiddhyoh samah bhūtvā samatvam yoga uchyate ||
yogasthah: abiding in yoga, steadfast in yoga; kuru: do, perform; karmāņi: (thy)deeds, duty, action; sangam: attachment, clinging, cleavings; tyaktvā: renouncing, ridding; dhananjaya: O Conqeror of wealth, O Arjun; siddhi-(to success; a-siddhyoh: (and)in failure; samah: even-tempered, alike, the same, equal; bhūtvā: becoming; samatvam: evenness of temper, equanimity; yoga: yoga, union of self with Self; uchyate: is called.

yoga is very important and modern exercise, somewhere using as a treatment well done
