The seven hundred year
old Linden tree
searched, fought and rooted
his way over centuries
through the ancient soil and rockstone
And even now in the present time
through all seasons
and through all kinds of weather
he is still standing strong and proudly,
in all its splendour
Note: This old Linden tree is still standing strong after seven hundred years on the square in my hometown Głuchołazy
formerly calledBad Ziegenhals in the Southwest of Poland
