It is again those deep dark night,
The strange nights of anguished dreams,
The thoughts which were safely veiled,
Hidden in the sigh of hopes or despairs,
Deep inside the depth of my eyes,
Nestled along the moist of the lashes,
Came forging back to the mind.
In the innocence of a sleepy dream,
I wandered back in the clock of time,
When I met a stranger one day,
On my journey to my destiny.
We traveled few days together,
Not knowing much of each other,
Time trickled away in my clock,
And we parted to reach our docks.
But destiny did mend her ways,
We met again, this time to sail,
Sail in the warmth of trust and faith
To a shore of sharing and caring,
In the land of light and hope,
Unspoken and Unbound,
We traveled on,
He talked with his eyes,
And loved with his silence
Filling the heart with blissful glee,
As he stood like a rock in every storm.
Oh! My! It was just another dream! !
The active thoughts of an active mind,
Strangers of such beauty can never exist,
They are a mere mirage of our own thoughts,
Of a mind that is as light as mist,
Craving to be crazy, tipsy and wild,
Looking for a hope and light to hold on,
So on bleak days, with leaden skies,
When you don't know where to begin.
When your head hurts and your heart cries,
Let us only look for the sunshine within,
As such dreams don't come true you know.
Really an interesting rendition nicely crafted with clarity of thought and mind. Thanks for sharing and do remain enriched...
