The Suicide Of Pain Poem by Dorsey Baker

The Suicide Of Pain

Rating: 3.8

Hungry dogs
fighting over
just a piece of bread
nobody or nothing
is dying
so the buzzard
don't get fed
you cannot swim
so don't
jump in the ocean
because you might drown
and clowns
don't like weakness
they'll kick you
when you fall down
get yourself a room
in the hotel and stay
out of sight
because they cannot
see you in the darkness
they can only
see you in the light
go to bed
when the sun comes up!
and never
sleep too much at night!
