The Terminator Poem by Parameswaran Nair Damodaran Nair

The Terminator

Rating: 5.0

The terminator is out
Beware, sharpen your eyes;
In the nooks of the street,
In the heart of the market,
Behind the meat shop
He may be hiding to launch
A deadly ambush
Identify him, some say
He isChinese, and some American
I doubt he can be the son
Of a core extremist
So cruel a genocide

Great write. So invisible this terminator is we will be searching its trails for clues for a long time.

The terminator is out Beware, sharpen your eyes; In the nooks of the street, In the heart of the market, Behind the meat shop - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Now we are fighting Covid-19, a deadly disease threatening to eliminate human population.It has in some way united the world to forget the differences of religion, race or colour and fight the common enemy unitedly.It does not matter from where it originated as it has spread the whole world and afflicted almost all countries.

Thank you very much Bharti Nayak. Yes, human beings have united to fight the pandemic forgetting all sorts of indifferences.Only one target is before them. Today or tomorrow the virus will have to surrender
