The Unhealed Scar Poem by Adams King

The Unhealed Scar

Rating: 3.8

Rose from my bed this morning
And heard you are gone
You left without any signs
You left before the break of dawn

We were together yesterday
Under the moonlit sky
Reminiscing on how we met
how missing you made me cry

We had a good time together
You promised to kiss me the next day
Waiting for it seems like forever
For i couldn't help but dream of it

I couldn't wait to see the sun
To have your sweet lips upon mine
I couldn't wait for the morning to come
To see your pretty smiles once more

I promised to write you a poem
To carve heaven into words
I promise to give a rose
Plucked from loves own world

If i had knew it will be our last
If i had knew you won't rise
It still seems to me like a blast
For we were together last night

If you had knew you wouldn't see the sun
Wont you have kissed me yesterday
If you had knew you wouldn't be alive
To see the sun's yellow morning rays

Won't you have broken all rules
And sin if you must to satisfy me
Won't you have watch the moon
And stay awake all night with me

You died with flowers in your heart
With feeling unraveled
I never knew how much you loved me
For you kept your love hidden

Will i ever kiss your lips again
Will I ever have you close to me
Losing you is a lifetime pain
For i will never have you anymore
