Love no man less he shows
he's in need of love
For there are many flowers
wasted on infertile soil
The hearts holds the intentions of men
which the eyes can never reshape
The lips may disguise in smiles
exposing angelic white teeth
all for the sake of deceptive convictions
But in the tranquility of such moment
lies the truth in an innocuous wind
If only you can listen carefully
Amidst the friendly noise and banters
Prove not to be too wise nor smart
Let not your observations be known
Train your spirit to be calm and gentle
and let your wisdom look alike a flower
rather than a weapon that it is
For a man's attitude are like the tortoise head
that hides beneath it shell
when playing the cards of love
When in love assume yourself unwise
For men device less tricks when dealing with fools
Question a man's love and test his company
and do not be fooled twice by the same trick
Never build a castle with bricks made of promises
For I have seen sky scrappers crumbled to dust
Be vigilant during the sunny days
and go not to sleep at night
For pretenders and false lovers
Strike the most when times are dark
Value your virtue and have an unbending standards
Be a slave to no man and be no servant to wolrdly gifts
what only love can buy let love alone be the price
and accept no other means of purchase
seek first not your profits less you end in loss and be no victim of greed like a foolish king's wife
learn the selfless ways of love
and device means to journey through
make your heart a moving chariot of joy
seek you first happiness and fulfilment is yours
again I say love no man less he proves worth loving
and be no gold ring in a dirty pigs snout

'what only love can buy let love alone be the price' - I have picked the best line of the poem. The next two are the opening two lines. I do not agree to some of the thoughts expressed, but that doesn't matter. Poets thoughts are supreme and sublime. Congratulations on your poem's selection as the 'Member Poem of the Day'!
I know For pretenders and false lovers... liars and deceit
True words! But where are the men under the spell of that mighty illusion, that could heed this advice? Epic!
