Time Poem by Adams King

Time

Rating: 3.9

Everyday comes and everyday goes
today is here tomorrow is yet to be known
we wonder daily at our running age
where is the destination of time?

centuries are gone years are counting
we stood to think about the world's time
tick! tick! they say it does fly
but when will it ever say goodbye.

Lovely piece of poetry well articulated, nicely encapsulated and insightfully penned with conviction. A good depiction of endless vast abyss of time. Thanks for sharing. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.

Much wit and brilliance.... One thing is certain: tomorrow will be better than today, yet today is the best we have, we have to live it to the fullest.

Nobody knows, perhaps time too does not know. A beautiful poem.
