day one is just a day
no special flavour in the minutes
as they pass,
just a day like any other
breathe in breathe out
and wonder why you never feel your heartbeat
till it stumbles, till it rushes
till it takes you by the ribs
and shakes you with a passion
that leaves lips parted
over fractured air
that cannot form a word
to say how great to see you
how I love you
just a day like any other
where dreams nestle, shy
and gentle, deeply silent
in the shelter
of the unobtrusive heart.

I would like to translate this poem
you never feel your heartbeat till it stumbles, till it rushes till it takes you by the ribs and shakes you with a passion We do seem to live more fully when life is more intense. A great write. Best regards Richard
