The Wind Sender

if you fall in the water they may not save you

if you fall in the fire they may not pluck you out

what shall you do in case of the fairy tale quandries

if no one is there to help you when you're in doubt

maybe no silver horsed magi will come to tell you

maybe no dime store magician will sort you out

but God made the phoenix Christ to rise from the ashes

and sometimes in freezing weather

sends the winds from the south.
