There's more dark meat on the bones,
When writing cloudy and creepy.
You're simply lost for mushy words,
When scribing a romantic weepy.
There's so much more to play with,
With murders many frightful and foul.
Imagination can nightmarishly soar,
With a relentless killer on the prowl.
Darkness deep can lead you anywhere,
Historically so much to choose and pick.
Or simply about a friendly local butcher...
Bathing in vast innocent's blood so thick.
I agree Shaun...apparently it's much more fascinating for an actor to play a villain, ' much more dark meat on the bones' (great phrase) rather than a pristine hero. It's definitely a 10 from me!
Thank Dominic any comment from your good self is always welcomed. And they say if you can't play the hero then be the villain of the piece. I must admit I do enjoy writing the dark ones simply because it makes me good to be alive! Thanks again Dominic and stay well and stay healthy sir. The best of British and Welsh to you in this lockdown madness.

The virus is looking for you old woman. Be fearful.
I bet you say that to all the boys. You really need to work on your chat-up lines. What's your favourite...The bombing of Dresden.
