Love
So sweet and yet so rare
Often unseen when ever so near

A wish once made in a silent prayer
Pursued by many
So unclear

Hear the heartbeat of a true love's call
Instilled in spirit once one falls
An endless journey lovers seek
Two hearts embraced eternally

Love is awaiting a voice unheard
Where fragrant blossoms long endure
Sought for moments made so joyfully
A timeless vow to promise thee

Time, like beauty shall always pass
Faces change within each looking-glass
Wherewithal never tallied, now befalls
Without a word ever spoken,
Is a life not at all
