sunless is no fun
gloom takes over; minus rules
poem stays undone
idiot box fails to lure
this mood, a good nap can't cure
poets have off days
as syllables, rhyme take toll
fun is off to play;
in park, time to take a stroll
with fresh air, thoughts start to roll
