Time Again - Poem by Indira Renganathan

How long.. how long?
O'human, gonna mate her
To split and split beaten
It's her confinement now
Scared, bewildered of
Another new born bomb

As such as much conscience
Left alive merciful
Loyal, truthful, greatful
To this trembling Earth
Give hope, soothe, vouchsafe
For a 'Happy New Year'
