Time And Skill - Poem by Cynthia BuhainBaello
Time is an irretrievable wealth
That passes but once, and in passing, bless.
Intangible gold that is better than health
For the dying people, it's Happiness.
Coupled with Skill, Time makes the call
Their fruit is productively satisfying,
Like a tree whose green shade benefits all
Their wise use brings out what is enduring.
Time is the well and Skill, its water
Given for the purpose of creating good,
But wasted on words that come from the gutter,
Time and Skill rot like spoiled food.
