Time’s Better Side Poem by Walterrean Salley

Time’s Better Side

Rating: 5.0

Time never sits so idly by;
Its moments rather stately fly.
Like birds soaring in the wind,
So time keeps moving in its trend.

When on one’s side, it will defend;
But if a foe, it would contend.
The message that I’m trying to send
Is, truly, time is one’s best friend.

In traveling by day and night,
It never resends in its plight.
And causing calm or causing fright,
It has a certain air of might.

And those who wish to beat the tide,
Must stay on time’s better side.

Friend, really you have pictured the significance of every moment of time so pleasingly. Many people don't respect time and they make their time as standard time.But you have shown how important even a fraction of a second. Great work. Thanks for sharing it.Marks10
