To Be The Best Poem by David Harris

To Be The Best

Rating: 5.0

To be the best at what you do
you must first believe
you are the best.
However, just in case
you’re no the best,
just pretend to be.
Think positive at all times
it is the only way
if you are going to succeed.
If you don’t
a failure, you’ll always be.

To be the best, you have to beat the best, believe at all times you are better than all the rest... Andy 10

This sounds like Stanislavski's 'Magic If' which is a fascinatingtheatrical exercise from his book 'An Actor Prepares'. 'If I was in this situation, what would I do? ' Yes, if I was the best runner, dancer, singer, doctor, what would I do? It's amazing how when you put yourself in someone else's shoes, you can really do it. Wise words from a compassionate pen. love, Allie ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
