To Match Your Boo-Hoos Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

To Match Your Boo-Hoos

No matter whatever is done for you.
Is good enough to do,
No matter who does it done.
Since you would rather,
Carry a load on your back.
To do to say to others,
No one else has...
On their shoulders what you have.
As if for you there is something to prove.
As if you've been picked,
To be a martyr too!

Giving up your dreams with empathy to get.
Is this your wish to get lots of it.
Giving up your dreams is your choice to choose.
There are few amongst the many,
Who will sit with you...
To match your boo-hoos to do.

Guess what?
Nobody wants to match your boo-hoos.
Not today.
Too many have their own dues to get paid.
Guess what?
Nobody wants to match your boo-hoos.
Not today.
There's not too many throwing dreams away.

No matter what is done for you.
To do it done and it to prove.
You rather take up time and sit and whine.
Then complain about the rain.
Or the Sun when the clouds clear.
With this to prove you live to value,
An empathy given with emphasis.
With more to get as if to enjoy it.

But guess what?
Too many living with their own issues.
Regardless of the weather.
Rain or shine.
And guess what?
Many do this without boo-hoos to do.
Or wish to unload on others what they carry.

Nobody wants to match your boo-hoos to do.
Not today.
Too many choose,
Not to do that but to look away.
Nobody wants to match your boo-hoos to do.
Or empathize,
With anybody proving this to choose.
