To Score One Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

To Score One

To score one

I really feel like to die
When outcome results into tie
I go after analysis
And unsuccessfully insist

'Was it not a good attempt'?
Was it not powerful act?
I will direct hit at heart
'Don't try to be smart' the heart shall retort

I shall shed tears
That shall remove burden with fear
It will regenerate energy
I shall be thankful to almighty

Not all eggs can bring kittens
Excessive effort bring downfall sudden
Think of more natural colors in feathers
That shall shine the future

I smile again at stupidity
Why should I question my quality?
It is not aimed at harming anyone
I must go all out to score one
