To Start A New Dy Poem by Manonton Dalan

To Start A New Dy

faint glow on eastern horizon
silhouette wings early hunters
showing their finesse flying
aerobatics at amazing speed
picking off flying insects
before sunrise they'll be gone

while i'm still here watching
tides ebbs and flows, teasing
my bare feet to walk on bubbles
lung cleansing air pass through
carrying my hair; every which way
whispering 'nice to kiss you'
