Just to let you know
I would never want
To let you go
Now i feel
Like I'm losing you
But the Truth
I already know

There was a time
I said I love you
You Said
You loved me too
Now when
I say I love you
You make me
Feel like a fool

It's not your fault
Feelings for you
Locked in my heart
The same Heart
Shot with a tainted dart

Time spent
You by my side
One of the greatest
Times of my life
I truly wanted you
To be my Wife

It wasn't my intent
Us forever
I absolutely meant

You're not ready
Not the right moment
It's alright
Nothing is perfect

You said not to worry
Everythings real blurry
Now my thoughts
Spinning in a flurry

It makes me sad
I even cried
Since I accepted that you lied

Everything I'm saying
And all that was said
It's not meant
To make you mad
I'm sincerely not trying
To make you feel bad

Promises that were made
Promises that you couldn't keep
Promises that now
Make it hard to sleep

Dreams of giving my princess
