Too Many People Letting Their Talent Dissipate Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Too Many People Letting Their Talent Dissipate

Mind dancing to beats of a silent rhythm that's been coded into
brain waves since the moment we were conceived.

Very few people have found them because they're not being seen
nor developed by those who don't have an interior life.

A quiet spirituality and life of creative and insistent processes
aren't being awakened to access these gifts.

There are too many people letting their talent dissipate by not
pursuing its intense purpose in our individual destinies.

What a shame to let it go, never finding its way back into minds
and intellects that are needed on earth more than ever before.

So true, RoseAnn! Use it or lose it, as the saying goes.
