Touching Souls Together

Sinking slowly into the horizon,
saying good night as I walk away
into the night.
Lifting my eyes to heaven, seeing
the stars and milky way looking
down intently at me.
All of us meeting in one small
breath of life, touching our souls
together and rushing into each
other's spirits for ever.
