It was a wonderful land,
The great traveller reached there,
He saw a bright fruit nearby,
He wanted to know
Everything about it,
But he was able to understand
Only its superficial level,
When the eminent traveller tried to enter its kernel,
The owner of the dazzling fruit prevented him saying,
"You can never reach there,
As it is the most difficult task, "
Immediately the traveller said,
"I must reach the essence of the fruit,
As I am a true traveller."

I would like to translate this poem
The subject has a touch of philosophy- nicely treated. A true seeker of knowledge is not satisfied with superficial content but tries to 'reach the essence'. The poem carries a practical lesson. Thanks.
