Under Siege Poem by Unnikrishnan Sivasankara Menon

Under Siege

Rating: 5.0

A faded smile,
a frozen tear-drop,
a withered flower;
life's started leaving;
the fall, strewn
crimson red.

Time has laid siege
to the dreams.

Let's hope
flowers bloom
in winter
and smiles return!

Deciduous trees leave during fall season. So do the lives in Gaza: the season there is Fall Season, round the year. Thanks to uncle sam
