Under the starlit sky
I sit on the bench of the park
Meteors rush down to the earth
And around me it is pitch dark

A cool wind blows
Giving a soft touch to my face
I feel a fragrance so sweet that
Lives in the depth of her tress

I feel to jot down
Poems of love, care and peace
As stars, moon and planets
Shower bright rays as eternal bliss

I whistle a tune that
Flows with the caressing wind
To her like a lullaby giving a
Feeling of love to her tired mind

Sitting there alone
I will play the tune till dawn
With its innocent charm atop
The chain of hills slowly returns.
