Unhappy Marigolds Poem by ANJANDEV ROY

Unhappy Marigolds

Rating: 5.0

In the big fair
The famous marigolds are kept in a row,
They are arranged for the show,
There are also other things in the race,
But the yellow marigolds are unhappy in the space.
People come and go,
They see the marigolds are frustrated and disinclined to grow,
Someone asks them about the reason,
The flowers lament about their strain,
They are kept away from the lap of serene and soothing nature,
Consequently in the artificial world they can not evince their beautiful feature.
