Bravo to a nation
so full of compassion and humanity
which is as genuine as the one
that resonates and prevails
in every corner of the seven emirates.

Bravo to the only nation in this world
which upholds the dreams and illusions
of the poor and the poorest
and helps them build their own ladders
of fortune and opulence.

Bravo to the only nation on this earth
where their own benevolence is shared
with people of other nations
who come there and build their dreams
and yet manage to accomplish them
without any prejudice or bias.

Bravo to the nation
where my own eyes have witnessed
kindness and tolerance in its fullest
as the poorest and the poor
have been always given a chance to do and to be
what they want to do and achieve
even beyond the limits
of their vision and expectations.

Bravo to a nation
so full of reverence to faith and God's creations
so full of kind-heartedness and compassion
so full of mosques and devotion
so full of fraternity and brotherhood.

Bravo to a nation
which clasps the hands of the unfortunate
and lifts them up to the pavilion of achievements
so that no hunger pangs oscillate in their homes
where children sit and wait for food and nourishment
back in the homelands of their fathers.

Bravo to the nation
who help all the people to flourish and prosper
whether rich or poor, whether young or older
whether Indians or Pakistanis,
whether Filipinos or foreigners.

Bravo to the nation
who for fifty great years extended their shoulders,
and opened the gates of their nation
and the doors of their hearts and homes
to the underprivileged workers and laborers
who would have never made it to the stage
of providence and prosperity
without the support and humanity of a nation
so full of empathy and compassion.

So bravo and Mabrook
to UAE and its rulers!
