Up And Down
There are some days,
I could just give out a high pitched scream,
Release the pressures of life,
For sometimes life can be so mean.
There are some days,
I could dance and sing,
These are moments to cherish,
Like the first flower of spring.
Feelings up,
Feelings down,
Feelings spin your thoughts,
Around and around.
Forever holding on,
Forever gaining strength,
Keeping the evil,
At arms length.

Each day is a different day. There may be some good days and bad days as well. Today is a good day for you but tomorrow it may not be the same...thus we accept ups and downs in life.
