Uphill task
I am no racist
but people have insisted
on our being as criminals
and not considering even good individuals
our history is ancient
we now present
gloomy picture of economic slavery
and that leads to misery
we are eager to uplift
and totally shift
the concentration on economic recovery
provided we are given best treatment in the country
why are we pushed to the corner?
why do we inherit abuses and anger?
we are facing racial discrimination
and thus it leads to disorientation
we have suffered slavery in Africa
it is no different in America
the world should not be divided over basic values
and must be given weight for their dues
never harass
but give full access
to face the uphill task
let us begin with the good start
