Voluntarily Given Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

Voluntarily Given

Uncovering those things,
Only found to be of interest to you...
With attempts made to share with others,
Believing them to have similar interests too?
May upset when they finally,
Come around to confess...
Their participation was not from a depth felt.
But had only been voluntarily given,
To appease your anticipation.
With a quieting done of your repeated wishes.
