Waiting In Line Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

Waiting In Line

D-awn has just broken,
A-fter Sunday storm is gone;
I-t's a beautiful Monday,
S-unrise stops the
Y-awn.

P-ouring rain and chill
A-re both passing by;
R-ed beacon has come,
E-mitting rays from the sky.
D-ecember twenty-sixth,
E-arly in the morning shine;
S-o many well-wishers are patiently waiting in line.
