Waking The Moon Poem by Raymond J Wright

Waking The Moon

Oh, my Mortal Love
In the years since I began to unravel
I have fought each moment in time
On the margin
Beyond the firmament
I ran from totality
Across the planes of hell, into the void
Away from all I could not confront
Bounding: Star to star
A mad angel
On a mission of mercy
Across the Aestival Tide
Searching for redemption
Lost inside the Glimmering
Lost inside the Black Light
Lost in Winterlong

This piece is absolutely beautiful. You capture the mood so well, and paint the picture with your words wonderfully.
