Walking In A Blind World Poem by Deluke Muwanigwa

Walking In A Blind World

Rating: 5.0

Walking in a blind world

Walking in a blind world
People with eyes who can't see
Their range limited by assumptions
Multimedia slavery
Flashing words and pictures
Doctored reality
A comfort zone
Fiction
Friction

Is it true then reality can be made?
Like the reality of the sun
That it rises in the east
We could have called it west
The sun will still rise
Manufactured consent
A convenient way to live
Easy to accept
The truth to except

Stubborn like the sun
The truth
Send a Parker Probe
Get up real close
It's expensive
It's not easy
The luminosity opens our eyes for posterity
Regrettably we believe someone's weird word
Walking in a blind world
