Watching For Signs Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Watching For Signs

Endless tears falling, wasting time crying, emotions
causing suffering and sensations of sorrow.

Hoping and living through faith, looking into the
future, watching for signs it will be letting up.

Stopping, pulling the plug on grief, just walking
away, tired of feeling this way.

Wanting to get on with life, yet seeing your picture,
sorrow climbs back into my lap like a child.

Tears begin to fall again, my heart breaking into
many pieces once again, missing you only.
