WE ARE COMMANDED TO LOVE GOD
We are commanded to love God
But who are we to ‘love God'?
Who am I to ‘love God? '
What is Beyond is Beyond
What is Infinitely Greater
Is Infinitely Greater
Isn't God too great
To be loved?
And beside
From the other side
What about the Evil Injustice Suffering?
It is too much
I need God
I pray to God
There are moments of awe and inspiration
Of goodness and gratitude
When I love God
But I do not love God
With the constancy and faith I should
And God forgive me
I don't think I ever will.
