I saw a woodpecker, the other day,
He pecked and pecked and pecked away,
Pecking is his only goal,
He's such a noisey little soul!
I saw a robin the other day,
He sang his tune so bright and gay,
Singing out his favourite song,
He flapped his wings, then he was gone!
I saw a flower the other day,
Blessed by a butterfly, made my day!
It touched each petal, oh so tight
Nature's such a splendid sight.
