What Is Life Poem by Kumarmani Mahakul

Here poet says about the life and the leading of lives of the people. If life remains in the body, we call it is alive and if life is out of the body we call it is death. Soul is life. It leaves the old body and takes a new body means take rebirth. Body leaves turn clothes. Time comes body is damaged and vanished. It leaves the shadow. People enjoy their lives in different way. Some lead easy lives and some lead difficult lives. There are rich and poor. Some are highly educated and some are illiterate. Some people are kind to other and serve to them. Some lead disappointment lives. Tears fall from their eyes. But nature nurtures and makes the world beautiful. Some people lead spiritual life. They follow peace, bliss, happiness. They pray to God. They go on nonviolence path and kind to all. Sympathy, empathy, love, affection are their main wealth. We get rebirth as per our past life action. Good works lead to good birth. We should all follow the value and moral lives. We should be kind, helpful and honey in hives. Here poet imagines the honey in hives in such a way that honey in hives is for all. Anyone may take it. The bees prepare it but they do not eat. They offer to others. So also an honest and kind person helps other by donating some of his or her wealth. This is the theme of the poem in brief.
