Where Memories Sleep
How amazing that within our heart
somewhere in our unconscious…deep
lies a vast unending universe
where so may of our memories sleep
And how an aroma, a photo, a simple gesture,
our a laugh that sounds like a laugh someone use to make…
can in an instant reach into that universe
and cause that memory to wake.
