Wherever I Fit Part 2 Poem by Paula Glynn

Wherever I Fit Part 2

Rating: 5.0

Like a fish doesn't need a bicycle,
Like a man cannot give birth to a baby,
Like a woman can't be a man,
Like Mr Normal cannot be a rockstar,
Like someone cannot go far,
If they're Mrs Normal,

Even if she wants to reach the stars,
Like someone with stage fright,
Not being able to entertain,
In the middle of the night,
Those theatre shows,
To make Mrs Normal glad,
She is not in the limelight,
Suffering from awful stage fright.

Though still lonely and sad
The rules of the world
To be strict with the law
Those not to come to the forefront
Living by the rules
To go wherever they fit.

The only way to not lose
The only way to choose
Their life path
Reality to forever last
No matter the past
No matter the bed they lie in
For where they fit
Is the life they live
Their destiny awaiting.
