Whirlpool Poem by David Harris

Whirlpool

Rating: 5.0

Swirling round and round,
dragging everything down.
Like circles in the mind,
when love puts you in a spin,
turning your world around and around.
Hearts beat quicker,
sucking you in like a whirlpool.
No safe haven there,
once you’re caught within its snare,
not even cupids welcome there,
in loves whirlpool.
