Who Are They Said? Poem by Colette Dright

Who Are They Said?

When somebody find out who are They Said, please let me know

They said, Don't eat cabbage late at night
They said, In the winter not to wear white

They said, We should get a higher education
Yet student loans force dropout rates before one's graduation

They said, Time heals all wounds
So who needs health care?

They said, Money is the root of all evil
Which makes me the nicest person around

They said, Absence makes the heart grow fonder
Who is this again?

They said, Slippery when wet
Was that during sex?

They said, The sky is the limit
Master P said, No Limit

They said, Just do it
They said, Just say no - C'mom... make up yo mind!
