Who Is Vinh? Poem by Sylvia Frances Chan

We call him Vinhie derived from Vinh
he was born on the Fourth Of July
seven years have elapsed
many parts of the world collapsed

our first grandkid
has many favourite hobbies
skiing on the highest mountains
bathing under the water fountains

going on his skeeter
and on his mountain bike
riding on the flat ground near the dike
competing in the Judo Club

in his classroom is he the most sociable
we can read that on the report his teacher noted
he plays and talks to everyone in his classroom
but he does not tell anymore about the lady on her broom!
