Who Really Cares? Poem by Halana Williams

Who Really Cares?

Somewhere in time i feel no
inspiration
So i set forth the destination for enlightenment
but get shut down because
every little thing i do
i speak my mind.
My heart tears of the aches i go
through
My mind can't get enough disappointment
within each day

I have no feelings. No concerns of what
others say.
EVerytime i look into your face i am
disgusted.
For the very simple fact that i trusted all the things i saw for face value
you are a aliar
So please do not bore me with your
unpleasing attire

We have nothing to say and so much to gain
to learn, nothing can comprehend my thoughs
for everytime i speak aloud there is nothing
bit hatred

All of those things you taught
the lies that i bought
10 cents off the dollar in sales tax at
Target

I feel no regret no remorse for your stupidity
you are fake and thats ok, your lame
like the run-on Christmas commercials of candy canes

ha-HA!

By now you must think i'm
whinin' at you because i never smile
Nothing gets across from me so its
always the what-evers

As time goes on so do we
I trusted you and that garbage came back on me,
Never in my lifetime i've so aquainted with the
real truth: your dainty

I feel such an idiot that i couldn't see it
ooh like the song says 'oh i can't believe it'

Take your pathetic mess and get gone
just leave me alone
the fights over we both lost
but i surely won

The wording is a little different
something to try a new
but at the end of the day there leaves this one question:

Who really cares?

I do! You're a romantic, but life is harsh. It sounds to me as though you fall in love too easily and that is always the most dangerous way. I know. I've been there too and lost and eventually come through. Best regards James
