Whyless Poem by Ima Ryma

Whyless

American angry young men
Committing the most heinous crimes.
Not a question of if but when.
These are killing at random times,
A theater, a shopping mall,
A public school, a marathon.
A twisted mind does make the call,
And someone's loved one is just gone.
Life in a free society
Is an open season to kill.
For only bad reasons there be.
The killer can, the killer will.

Young killers kill, all ages die.
Who next? - soon answered, but not why.

Very good take on what's happening in America. Some of the killers are from other countries also. Good write.
