ଥକା ଥକା ଲାଗେ ଆଜି ଦିନ
ଥକା ଥକା ଲାଗେ ମୋ ମନ
ସତେକି ଆସିବ ସିଏ
ଭରି ଦେବ ନୂଆ ଏକ ପ୍ରାଣ
ବସିଚି ତା ବାଟକୁ ମୁଁ ଚାହିଁ
ଆସିବ ମୋ ମନ ଅଗଣାକୁ!

ସତେ କି ତା ପାଉଜି ର ଶବ୍ଦ
ସୁଭି ବ କି ଆଉ ମୋ କାନରେ?
ସତେକି ଆଣିଦେବ
ନୂଆ ଏକ ଉଦ୍ବେଳନ
ମୋ ମନରେ?
ଆହତ ପକ୍ଷୀ ର ବେଦନାରେ?
ମୋ ନିରାଶ ପ୍ରାଣରେ?

After a little misunderstanding between a lover and his beloved, the lover realizes his mistake and his life is incomplete without his sweetheart and desires to restore his broken relationship with his partner! The lover expects his beloved to be back! This poem addresses the despair of the lover in a pensive mood!
