Winds Of Change Poem by Howard Kern

Winds Of Change

Rating: 5.0

My dreams they abound in places I have never seen,
The sun blesses the golden madden with exalted purity!
My deluge of words sent for you to feel the sweet rain.

My castle well fortified aginest dangers of the World’s Seas,
The supernatural power of the West, and winds sent your way,

A West wind that traverses my spirit to the castle above the sea,
Cooling winds of blue, from powers greater than man, given to me,
White garments I wear a sail hoping you may see…

Screaming winds that give lift to the dragon’s rigid starched garments,
Pass over the Ogre’s heart that is ripped out,
The Dragon hears your plea,
No longer shall you vanish or suffocate!

The great wonders have always been in the maiden,
As the Dragon first heard the Golden Maiden plea,
Her truth to the Saint’s were already heard
Yet, the Dragon waited for the Maiden's verbal plea,

Never stop or give in, your heart beats strong and linked to me,
Have no more pain; your soul is aligned with a mystical Dragon
He will always offer the purest of love, honor, and protection,
Undefiled friendship keeps us Free.
Longing a chased love, we can not see...

A beautiful journey you take this maiden upon Howard! I adored those three last lines, a fine way of human communication, that is as clear as day. Smiling at you Tai
