Winter’s Last Hurrah Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

Winter’s Last Hurrah

Rating: 5.0

I find myself in the midst of craziness
Why? You know you should not ask…
But since you have I will cheerfully tell
I look forward to seeing winter’s mask

It is the first full day of spring this day
The forecast is for another ballet of snow
Glittering flakes will have their last folly
Spotlighting the event will be a moonlit glow

A final performance of the reoccurring season
All vital members including the scenery designer
Will take their last bow at the curtain closing
With a dramatic ending, nothing could be finer
